Here’s a chance to grab a big piece of Montauk’s millionaires row at a discount. Kenneth and Jeanne Levy-Church have their East End estate at 230-234 Old Montauk Highway on the market for $25 million — down from its original $35 million asking price in 2007 and its $29.5 million price in March.

The 5,000-square-foot oceanfront main house, which includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a pool, was designed by James Biber and won an American Institute of Architecture award.

It’s perched on 2 acres, above the Montauk shoreline. The property also features a 2,400-square-foot, two-bedroom guesthouse, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and “your own path” to 300 feet of oceanfront. Corcoran Group brokers Michael Schultz and Susan Ryan declined to comment.

Kenneth and Jeanne Levy-Church have their East End estate at 230-234 Old Montauk Highway on the market for $25 million — down from its original $35 million asking price in 2007 and its $29.5 million price in March.

Jeanne Levy-Church is a daughter of the late Norman Levy — a New York real estate mogul who was friendly with Bernie Madoff, who lived a few doors down in Montauk.

That oceanfront stretch of Old Montauk Highway has become a tony enclave with high-profile residents, not unlike East Hampton’s Further Lane and Southampton’s Gin Lane.

Steve Roth, CEO of Vornado, bought Madoff’s beach mansion for $9.14 million in 2008. Word is, Robert De Niro has plans to renovate his own mansion on Old Montauk Highway, and Jann Wenner is subdividing his land there and building two new homes. Ralph Lauren also has an estate on Old Montauk Highway.

Also along the stretch is the Panoramic View resort and residences, which has closed on eight condops, totaling $24 million, since 2009, with three more contracts out.

In the last six months, three three-bedroom units priced between $3 million and $3.5 million have closed at Panoramic View.

Exit stage left

Broadway couple Orfeh and Andy Karl are looking to leave their Murray Hill digs for the West Side.

The acting pair were recently spotted at 555 W. 23rd St., where they looked at a one-bedroom condo on the market for $925,000. The 750-square-foot apartment includes a washer/dryer. The couple also toured a one-bedroom, $922,000 co-op at 211 W. 10th St.

Their broker, Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Toni Haber, declined to comment.

Park place

Another unit is up for grabs at the highly coveted 625 Park Ave. A 5,300-square-foot, four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom, ninth-floor co-op is on the market for $20 million.

The apartment was owned by the late Norma Hess, widow of former oil baron/New York Jets owner Leon Hess.

As we previously reported, financier David Matlin has been fielding offers for his fourth-floor unit in the building, which is listed for $29.75 million.

Harperley haul

Stephen Burke, CEO of NBC Universal, just bought an $11.75 million apartment at Harperley Hall. That’s the building at 41 Central Park West (also known as 1 W. 64th St.) that Madonna once called home. Burke’s new pad, previously owned by Oxygen channel founder Geraldine Laybourne, comes with four bedrooms and a 75-foot balcony facing Central Park.

Burke made news last year when he bought a 19th-century townhouse in Philadelphia for a whopping $5.85 million.

Prime Time

The Time Warner Center penthouse owned by former “Psychic Hotline King” Steven Feder is back on the market for $44.95 million. The five-bedroom, 6 1/2-bathroom, 4,400-square-foot unit, most recently listed for $38.5 million earlier this year, was marketed as part of a $57.5 million combo unit last year. After a combined deal didn’t happen, Feder rented his unit out for $57,500 a month before trying to sell it again.

Listing brokers Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Sample of Brown Harris Stevens did not return calls.
