Derek Jeter has more than Minka Kelly and baseball on his mind. The Yankee captain has been spotted making two separate visits to check out a $5.7 million penthouse duplex at 15 E. 26th St.

The condo, which hit the market on May 1, is 2,577 square feet, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms and ceiling heights as high as 12 feet, 4 inches. It’s on the 20th and 21st floors, high above Madison Square Park, in a building also known as 15 Madison Square North. The unit includes an open kitchen and a staircase leading to a private roof terrace.

We recently reported that Jeter was renting a $15,500-a-month two-bedroom at Trump World Tower so he could escape a neighbor’s noisy construction and get some rest during the baseball season. Jeter owns a penthouse in that building, which is on the market for $20 million.

Downtown ‘Real’ estate

Happy housewife Jill Zarin and her husband, Bobby, will become empty-nesters when their daughter, Ally, heads off to college. To celebrate their freedom, the Zarins are planning to move downtown.

“They want something more modern, with outdoor space,” says the couple’s broker, Melanie Lazenby of Prudential Douglas Elliman, who works with broker Dina Lewis.

One place the “Real Housewives” star and her husband toured is a $7.95 million, three-bedroom, 2,541-square-foot condo with 11-foot ceilings at the Richard Meier-designed 165 Charles St. in the West Village. They also saw a $8.75 million penthouse at SoHo’s 285 Lafayette St., which, as we mentioned last week, recently hit the market and is owned by John Johnson of the Johnson & Johnson family. The downtown tour also included a $7.65 million unit at TriBeCa’s 101 Warren St.

In 2009, Zarin put her three-bedroom at 401 E. 60th St. on the market for $3.2 million and didn’t find a buyer. The 1,956-square-foot condo could be back on the market soon.

A Bronf tale

Divorce parties are the latest rage, didn’t you know? Former Seagram co-chairman Charles Bronfman and his wife, Bonnie, threw a lavish bash at the Four Seasons restaurant earlier this month to celebrate their pending divorce. (The couple is still on good terms and Bonnie has said she’s keeping Bronfman as her last name.) And now Bronfman has put his deluxe co-op at 810 Fifth Ave. on the market for $24.925 million.

He might feel like celebrating again if he gets his asking price. Bronfman bought the full-floor apartment, with two bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, for $21 million last December and didn’t renovate it.

Mom in tow

Andrea Bowen, who plays Teri Hatcher’s responsible daughter on “Desperate Housewives,” appears to mirror her lovable character in real life. The 21-year-old actress recently brought her real-life mom along with her while touring a fourth-floor co-op in the Majestic Towers building at 215 W. 75th St.

The one-bedroom, listed for $549,000, has lots of charming prewar details and an open, windowed kitchen. Listing brokers Lisa Graham and Tom Postilio of Core declined to comment.

We hear . . .

That Vegas mogul Steve Wynn and his new bride, Andrea Hissom, are apartment hunting in New York. The couple, who were married about a month ago, were spotted in the rain last week while they were visiting luxury properties up and down Fifth Avenue. One building they saw was 998 Fifth Ave., where a 14-room co-op is currently listed for $34 million . . . That interior designer/TV host Nate Berkus — who recently bought a $3.35 million, 3,000-square-foot duplex on West Ninth Street — was at the HomeGoods opening party on the Upper West Side purchasing discounted Pratesi sheets, a ton of skinny hangers and a picture frame.

Next act

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane recently checked out a $3.1 million third-floor loft at 28 Laight St. The two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom condo is 2,686 square feet with a fireplace and oversize bedrooms on opposite wings. Unfortunately for the married thespians, another buyer swooped in and is in contract on the unit. Brokers Lisa Lam and William Bone of Bond New York declined to comment.
