Eighties icon Joan “Alexis Carrington” Collins, who’s been married five times (her most recent being Percy Gibson), is selling her three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment at the Dorchester, at 110 E. 57th St. The grand, eighth-floor apartment is 1,900 square feet. The asking price is $2.895 million, with a $2,914 maintenance, said Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Melanie Lazenby, who’s co-brokering the apartment with Dina Lewis.

Collins, best known for her glamorous role on “Dynasty,” only met Lazenby recently, though she once acted with the broker’s father, George Lazenby, famous for playing James Bond exactly once. They were in a TV commercial together, in 1983, to promote her fragrance, Scoundrel.

Neil Sedaka played piano at the going-away party at her Dorchester apartment, where guests included Alan Cumming, Andy Cohen and Arlene Dahl, an actress who was also married five times.

Collins now plans to spend more time in her other homes — in Los Angeles, London and the South of France.

All about the Johnsons

Libet Johnson isn’t the only member of the Johnson & Johnson clan making real estate news lately. We first reported that Libet bought the $48 million Vanderbilt mansion at 16 E. 69th St. earlier this month, and without a broker, too.

Now we can also tell you that another family member, John Johnson — an early investor in the Huffington Post — is putting his penthouse duplex at 285 Lafayette St. on the market for $8.75 million. Ian Schrager owns the building’s other penthouse.

The unit is gorgeous, with 2,900 square feet of space, five terraces, three bedrooms (convertible four), a library, soaring 24-foot ceilings and great views of the downtown skyline.

We hear that Johnson and his wife, Susan Short, are leaving Manhattan for a Brooklyn mansion.

Listing broker Richard Steinberg, of Warburg Realty Partnership, did not return several calls by press time.

We hear . . .

That Knicks superstar Amar’e Stoudemire may be thinking about a time out from his high-priced rental at 99 Jane St., the one he nabbed after its hard-partying former tenant, Richard Kimball, ex-husband of author Holly Peterson, daughter of billionaire Pete Peterson, upset the board with his loud, late-night antics. Our spies spotted Stoudemire touring a high-priced unit at Superior Ink, at 400 W. 12th St. . . . That James Franco, taking a break from Yale graduate studies, was spotted downtown at a penthouse at 20 Pine last weekend. But he wasn’t there to buy; he was there shooting his upcoming film, “The Stare,” which stars Winona Ryder. The scenes were shot in the 1,829-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, now on the market for $2.8 million. A USA TV series, “White Collar,” also filmed at 20 Pine, making use of the building’s restored bank vaults, which feature doors built in the 1920s that weigh 40 tons each.

A Brand new day

Stephen Brandman, a co-owner of the Thompson Hotels, is selling his prewar loft at 141 W. 24th St. in Chelsea. The 2,500-square-foot loft is on the market for $2.65 million.

The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit, with a private key-locked elevator, boasts original handcrafted beamed ceilings — the building is from 1897 — as well as oak floors and brick walls. There’s an open chef’s kitchen and a 100-square-foot balcony that’s been turned into a gym.

Listing broker Anna Shagalov, of Halstead Property, declined to comment.

Upped East Side

Developer Joe Moinian is known for gutsy moves. So when he doesn’t sell an apartment at one price, he ups the figure. Moinian has now re-listed his fancy five-bedroom, full-floor co-op at 1045 Park Ave. for $10 million — a lot more than what he once asked.

The 15th-floor prewar co-op was first listed for $8.995 million in 2009 before it was reduced, this time last year, to $7.9 million. The 4,000-square-foot, full-floor unit includes 10-foot beamed ceilings, French doors, woodburning fireplaces and a windowed kitchen. The unit is on the top floor of the building.

Town Residential listing brokers Dana Power, Bryan Graybill and Lucas Nathan declined to comment.

Oh, a three-bedroom unit directly below, on the 14th floor, is also on the market for $4.3 million. A deep-pocketed buyer could conceivably create a sweet duplex out of both purchases with co-op board approval.
