Makeup mogul Bobbi Brown has got her smoky eyes set on a new penthouse at 245 10th Ave., which she is now in contract to buy for around $5 million.

The two-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,500-square-foot unit in the Della Valle Bernheimer-designed condo building is perched above the new second phase of the High Line park. An elevator opens directly into the apartment’s entry gallery, which leads to a 45-foot-long living room with a fireplace and a big eat-in kitchen. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace.

Listing broker Leonard Steinberg of Prudential Douglas Elliman is currently out of the country and could not be reached for comment.

We hear...

That real estate developer Rodney Propp has bought a condo in the $7 million range at the Lucida on East 85th Street, where he’s been seen with a mystery woman. Propp is separating from his wife, Eleanor, who still lives at 760 Park Ave. She’s been linked to Kiefer Sutherland but told Page Six that they are just friends ... That Brown Harris Stevens broker Lisa Lippman has a signed contract for just under $9 million on a fifth-floor condo at 535 West End Ave. . . . That brokers Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Sample are moving from Brown Harris Stevens to Sotheby’s International Realty. The dynamic duo were recently spotted at the Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center’s annual summer benefit party at Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander and Liz Brown’s Southampton estate, where guests included Howard and Beth Ostrosky Stern, Chuck and Ellen Scarborough, Jean Shafiroff and Christopher and Joni Fischer.

All about the Benjamin

Benjamin Levin, also known as Benny Blanco, a songwriter and producer who’s worked with Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Britney Spears, is looking for a rental that hits all the right notes.

He recently checked out a $20,000-a-month, floor-through loft at the Stanwick building on West 22nd Street in Chelsea. The 3,000-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has 13-foot ceilings, exposed brick, built-in office space and an entertainment area with a surround-sound system.

Listing broker Elizabeth Kee of Core declined to comment.

Broadcast news

New York City radio icon Ken Dashow bought a second apartment at his East 25th Street building to expand the home he shares with his wife, Jane, from 1,200 to 1,850 square feet.

Dashow, a DJ at Q104.3, is using his $500,000 purchase for an expansion that will add a “work and play” element to their residence, his spokesperson says. The addition will include a studio with a voice booth that doubles as a guest room so that musician friends can work and crash there. The apartment will also include a tiki bar for parties including Super Bowl bashes.

There will now also be room to showcase the couple’s art, including a print by Paul McCartney that McCartney gave to Jane and a print of John Lennon’s lyrics, “Watching the Wheels,” given to Ken by Yoko Ono.
