What is Adobe's User Insight Group?

The Adobe User Insight Group (UIG) is an accessible group of product users that are interested in improving and shaping the interaction of our products. This group participates in User-Experience (UX) feedback opportunities with the UX designers at the Omniture Business Unit.

How can UIG members expect to participate?

UX designers contact and schedule members to participate in user-feedback sessions, usability testing, and idea exchange opportunities. Members may be contacted by designers for both specific and general design input. It is anticipated that members will participate quarterly in feedback opportunities. In an effort to provide participation opportunities to as many of our customers as possible, membership lasts for only 12 months.

How do I become a UIG member?

Please fill out and submit the application below. In order to form a diverse group of users – we look at roles, company, and product use of each applicant. Based off of the information provided, we determine if members are needed for feedback. You may apply at any time and we will contact you once we begin recruiting.
