yaaaa, that was preetty bad. some dude got stabbed 9 times. the really sad thing is that vancouver is the kind of city that would never riot and most of the rioters were out of townies. sort of unfortunate that thats how vancouver is portrayed. but hey! a new retrohunter fingers crossed on that dreamcast! good show guys.

Actually, there are some reports now that a small group actually planned to riot even if the Canucks won. Of course with so many people taking pics and videos and turning them over to the police and putting them up on Facebook, there should be some arrests soon.

who knows, ive heard that but i dont know if i can believe it. i mean their were a good amount of drunks and other things in the crowd. couple of my buddies were down their and booked it as soon as the game was over.

This riot was going to happen win or lose. I was surprising how many people tweeted or facebooked in advance. There were idiots talking to the NEWS saying they came down to get ready for the riot (better than '94)...it was going to be fun and they would just "go with the flow" .
Effin idots. This is a awesome town/area (Greater Vancouver Area) but like all cities it has a massive share of kids (sorry Im 39) who are from a life of privilege and have no idea what true angst and misfortune is all about.

Congrats to the Bruins by the way. rather be beaten by them than Pitts.

Awww, no SNES games... ah well, that's means that there's nothing for me this time around.

But damn, a Dreamcast with 3 controllers and a game for 8 bucks? You lucky dogs! Hopefully someone worthy gets that one.

Ya, in regards to the length of the episode, we are attempting to make our episodes a little more "web friendly" by shortening them up a bit...  Cutting down the fluff basically.  Not sure if I'm completely sold on it but we'll see.  ;\
