How do you deal with mosquito bites?

The 'Attack of the Urban Mosquito' spotlighted the increasing population of the Asian tiger mosquito in the U.S. The mosquito, named for its distinctive black-and-white striped body, is a relatively new species to the U.S. that is more vicious, harder to kill and, unlike most native mosquitoes, bites during the daytime. During the summer, if swatting and Off! fail, how do you deal with mosquito bites?
