Social Security With A $2.5/$2.6 Trillion Dollar Surplus Part Of The Deficit Problem? Really?

Social Security with a $2.5 or $2.6 trillion dollar surplus, depending on who is counting, part of the deficit problem? How can that be? It's simple, very simple. Our government spent the $2.5 or $2.6 trillion to pay for wars, give rich folks tax breaks, provide oil companies with subsidies, etc.

This wasn't a problem as long as more Social Security money coming in than going out, but now there's more Social Security money going out than coming in and our government is having pay back some of the $2.5 or $2.6 trillion they borrowed from us and they, the government, don't want to do that. Yes Social Security is part of the deficit problem, because our government has spent the $2.5 or $2.6 trillion we've contributed and now the government is having to pay it back, with no interest I might add.

The sad part about blaming Social Security for our current debt problem is this: Most American's believe it. The DC beltway gang, politicians, media, and special interest have repeated it so much that most people take it for granted without researching the facts.

If someone borrows money from you and or you borrow money from someone else and the borrower, whether it be you or them, refuses to pay up there's retribution. Does foreclosure ring a bell? The problem regular folks have with the DC beltway gang is regular folks have no way to apply retribution when the DC beltway gang borrows our Social Security money and then balks when it time to pay up.

Let me make this clear. Social Security isn't a give away program. We paid for it and it has a $2.5 or $2.6 trillion dollar surplus. If the DC beltway gang has used it, stole it or borrowed it that's their problem. I'm gonna collect.

Furio Guile knows how to collect money from a whorehouse like the one inside the DC beltway when folks refuse to pay up.
