Syndication (sometimes referred to as "newspaper reprints") at The Wall Street Journal and its sister publications manifests in many forms: single-shot reprints; lifting rights via licensing agreement; run of the paper inserts and inserts with advertising sharing models.  Equally varied are the groups which manage those arrangements.  It can be confusing.
