Individuals who are interested in doctoral study with an emphasis in blindness and low vision should contact the Universities. Potential NCLVI Fellows must be accepted by participating universities prior to applying for NCLVI funding. Individuals should contact the participating universities directly for information regarding applications, entry requirements, and application deadlines.
