The CHSAA baseball season has come down to one game – or two if All Hallows wins on Friday night. The Class AA tournament championship is on the line under the lights at Kaiser Stadium as top-seeded Xaverian and No. 4 All Hallows meet on the campus of St. John’s University.
Xaverian has cruised through the postseason without a loss and is the drivers seat in the double-elimination tournament, while All Hallows, which is making its first-ever appearance in the final, would need to win on Friday to force a decisive game Saturday afternoon.
As we’ve done throughout the postseason, The Post will be hosting an interactive live blog from the press box anchored by CHSAA baseball beat writer Dylan Butler.

With Xaverian waiting patiently and resting comfortably, the Clippers' opponent in Friday night’s CHSAA Class AA championship tournament will be determined tonight at Kaiser Stadium on the campus of St. John’s University.
Will it be No. 3 Iona Prep, which dropped a 4-0 decision to Xaverian on Sunday or upstart All Hallows, the No. 4 seed which has staved off elimination in three consecutive games?
For those answers and more, be sure to check out The Post’s interactive live blog from Kaiser Stadium as Dylan Butler and Joseph Staszewski provide all the details from the elimination game.

Four teams are still alive in the CHSAA Class AA championship tournament, which enters its final week. Top-seeded Xaverian has already booked its ticket to Friday night’s final, but who will the Clippers face? That will be determined over the next two nights.
First up is an elimination game between familiar foes as Bronx/Manhattan division rivals All Hallows and Xavier meet under the lights at Kaiser Stadium tonight.
The fourth-seeded Gaels will send ace James Norwood to the hill and he’ll likely be opposed by James McCool in a battle of future Division I players.
The winner takes on No. 3 Iona Prep Tuesday for a berth in the final.
If you can’t make it to St. John’s tonight or even if you can, you won’t want to miss The Post’s critically-acclaimed interactive live blog with Dylan Butler and Marc Raimondi.
First pitch is 7:30 p.m., but be sure to join us at 7:15 p.m. for lineups and pre-game analysis.
