By accessing your account, you are deemed to have activated your account and have become an active user. Refunds are not available on active users. It is not permissible to purchase an issue, retrieve your in-game item codes and then apply for a refund.

Each account and magazine code is single use and can only be applied to a single account. Issues will only be available to read via this website for registered subscribers.

If your PayPal account is funded using echeques, please read the PayPal advice regarding echeques, which is that funds can take up to 5 days to transfer. PayPal will not release the funds or your details to us until the echeque clears, and so it will not set up your account until then. There is no solution to this, other than patience. It is not possible to manually override this, as no funds or personal details will actually have been sent us until they clear.
