    I can't find an article in today's print edition online.
    We have the bulk of today's edition online. Not all articles make it online. The search box in the upper right of the home page (and on most pages) will search everything from the past seven days. To search farther back go to our Archives page. There is no cost to use the archive search, but there is a fee to download articles.

    I can't find a particular feature from the paper online.
    Features can be found in the left-hand navigation on the page. If a feature is not there, it should be in the main section in which it runs in the paper. For an alphabetical listing of all our sections and features, check our Site Map.

    Where can I find a particular obituary?
    Obituaries appearing in the general news section are found on the Obituary page here. Death notices and paid obituaries are handled by legacy.com, a company that contracts with our Web site. You can find a link to their service on the obituary page. Please refer all customer service issues to them at info@legacy.com.

    I can't find one of your publications.
    They are listed in the My Town section under the various geographic areas. You can also find them, alphabetically listed in our our Site Index.

    How long do articles remain available on your site?
    Most stories are available for free access for 90 days, though some material is not accessible for as long and a some special projects are available indefinitely. Use the site search engine to find what content is available. The Times does not accept requests to republish articles once they no longer appear in the free access area.

    If an article no longer is available for free, where can I find it?
    Most articles are available for a fee through the News Library archives. It is not possible to link to the articles in these archives.

    For best, fastest results, submit your upcoming event or meeting directly online by going to our Calendar page, clicking "add an event", and following the instructions. You can also e-mail them to calendar@bayareanewsgroup.com.
