A Berkeley man accused of killing a Danville teen during an attempted marijuana robbery is scheduled for trial Dec. 5.  
 
After listening to the partially paralyzed victim Hamed Mirabdal, 24, of Moraga, speak from his wheelchair about the suffering the crime has caused him and from Mirabdal's father who tearfully said his son clings to life every day, Blake Mastro showed no remorse as he stood before the court and said he was wrongly convicted.  
 
The auction offering will include more than 20,000 pages of written documents, including the original handwritten and typewritten versions of Ted Kaczynski's manifesto, and proceeds from the auction will be used to compensate his victims.
