1. What is verification and how do I do it?

The verification process is making sure the e-edition order you placed is correct.  It is a form that shows the order you placed for the e-edition sponsored papers and asks you to agree or disagree that you made the order, or whether or not it is correct.  It is not a bill or invoice.  The verification process is for auditing purposes only.

To verify, use the following the directions:

       1.   Log into http://edu.ajc.com using your email and password, not your students’ access information. If you do not remember your login information, email us at ajcteachers@ajc.com.
       2.   After logging in with access information, go to the “My Account” page, (access to this page is located on the top right side of the home page).  *Please note: After logging on, you may be directed immediately to this page. If so, please proceed with the following directions.   Also, if you log on and the screen takes you to the newspaper and you can not see “My Account,” select the back button and “My Account” will appear at the top.
       3.   On the top of the “My Account” page there will be a “verify” button. Click on verify and it will bring you to a “Subscription Verification” form.
       4.   At the bottom of that form there will be two options: “I Agree” or “I Disagree.”
       5.   If you have been receiving the papers, select “I Agree.”
       6.   If you made an initial order but did not use the program, select “I Agree.”
      7.   If you have been receiving the papers but the order is wrong, select “I Disagree.”

* To verify your order now click here to login.

2. Why was I sent a verification form by mail?

You received a verification form in the mail because we could not reach you to verify your order online.  We may have already sent you email notifications asking you to verify your order.  Please follow the directions on the form and fax or mail it back to us. If you verified your account on-line prior to receiving the letter, please disregard it.

3. Why was I sent an email asking me to verify my account?

We noticed that you have not used your account in a while.  Our governing body requests that teachers verify their accounts regularly.  To verify your order now click here to login.

4. Why was I asked to “verify” when I changed my order?

When you change your order, you are asked to verify that this is the correct number of e-edition papers you would like to be made available for use.

5. I do not remember signing up for this program.  Do I still have to verify?

Everyone that places an order for the e-edition newspaper is asked to verify their order.  If you were asked to verify, we have a record of your order that needs to be verified either on-line or by mail depending on what message you received asking you to verify your order.  To verify your order now click here to login.

6. Why did I get a message saying my subscription has expired?

If you received a message saying your subscription has expired that means you must verify your order on your account.  To verify your order now click here to login.
