Ed and Deb hosted their own TV series, Chill Out, which was rated the most popular show on Channel Health TV in England. They have been featured in The Sunday Times, The Evening Standard, The Daily Mail, Variety, OK Magazine, Hello Magazine Celebrity Health Special, and on New Dimensions radio.

Ed, from New York, and Deb from London, have been on the spiritual path for over 30 years. They say that the greatest lessons they have learned are never to take themselves too seriously nor lose their sense of humor! They live, laugh and ski in the Rocky Mountains.

Ed Shapiro won the New York City dance championships and on NYC T.V.in his late teens. Later he trained in India and became Swami Brahmananda (Yoga Master) with Paramahamsa Satyananda at the Bihar School of Yoga. He also trained with Sri Swami Satchidananda (the Woodstock Guru), and Buddhist Crazy Wisdom Master, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. He is a respected meditation teacher who is sought after for his compassionate understanding of the human condition. Ed is the author of INNER CONSCIOUS RELAXATION: A Renaissance in Consciousness.

Deb Shapiro, from London, has trained extensively in various schools of bodywork, Buddhist meditation, and Jungian psychology, in both the UK and the US. She has been teaching both body-mind therapy and meditation internationally for the past 30 years.
