Paid Services has two primary missions: to care for our Access subscription paid members, and engage existing and new users with premium subscription offerings. Our charter is to provide high quality member support and advocate for our users' online interests.

Paid Services is expanding beyond our narrowband access subscription to sell many non-access subscription products. We offer premium subscription products and services to our Access service subscribers today, and will broaden the offering to other Internet consumers in mid-2010. Offerings range from PC Utilities / Safety & Security products to online entertainment / Health & Fitness services.
