- For all 9 Metro counties, the number of units sold dropped by 9 percent. The largest absolute decline was in Fulton County which saw 2,103 fewer sales in 2010 than in 2009. Clayton County had the largest percentage decline of 18 percent. Forsyth had 174 more sales in 2010 than in 2009.
