Bonds Market Summary
3:48 pm - Heavy Selling: Today's disappointing 5-yr auction sent Treasuries to their worst level in at least two weeks as most maturities hit their lowest marks since June 15. The long bond was the exception, hitting its lowest level in over a month. The $35 bln 5-yr note auction drew 1.615% and saw a 2.59x Bid/Cover as indirect bidders took down just 37.6% of the offering. The 2.59x bid/cover comes just one month after May's record 3.20x.
