Fantastic service. Dave is personable, easy to deal with, and extremely professional. We've had him back for three different jobs, and he is always flexible with times, as often it is outside business hours. Reasonable rates as well! Would highly recommend Be Assured Plumbing for any plumbing job you have around...Thanks again Dave!

Punctual, tidy and professional. Got my three jobs done quickly and no more leaking! Reasonable charge (he had to come 2 time, but didn't charge me for the 1st time). I like the fact that he will take off his shoes before coming into my house!!! Highly recommended to anyone.

Outstanding! Very pleasant fellows are Peter and his apprentice Louis. Communicated well and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had an awkward leak to repair between a brick and a slab and they took it in their stride. Very reasonable rate and I am delighted to have their magnet on my fridge! Thanks guys!

While they were relatively quick to come round and quote on a job, I was disappointed that having them quote on the jobat $580, when the job was completed it was $50 more and no extra tasks were requested or performed. While the $50 is not much in the whole scheme of things, the principal of the matter suggests the job price should not have changed. The fact it was my wife paying in my absence certainly made this task easier for them to get an extra $50.

Dave is a true professional and also meticulous in his standard of work. Gave us a number of options to solve our storm water problems and the various costs of each option. Very thorough in his approach and I've now piece of mind that my garage will no longer flood. We were so impressed that we then gave him another piece of work to plumb in our new laundry and replace the sewer line too. Have already recommended him to neighbours.
