Central city man found shot to death on porch
A central city man is dead after he was found by relatives on the stairs of his porch early Friday morning. Jeffrey Poindexter, 26, was shot at least once on or near the porch of the Delaware Avenue duplex where he lived with his mother. Police arrived around 5:30 a.m., but neighbors reported hearing people arguing and shots fired several hours earlier. One woman said her father saw Mr. Poindexter on the stairs but thought he was sleeping. Document or link
