Activision's
Guitar Hero 5 is coming with dozens of tracks and a
good amount of backwards compatibility with formerly released tracks. But if that's not enough, Activision has something to appease you. If you pre-order
Guitar Hero 5 or buy specially marked packages in the month of September, you will be able to mail in a voucher to receive
Guitar Hero: Van Halen for free.
The
offer's page indicates that gamers must allow six weeks for delivery, which could mean they are receiving the game before its release. The offer only applies in the United States.
Guitar Hero 5 will be out September 1 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, mobile, and PlayStation 2.
Guitar Hero: Van Halen will be out December 22 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and PlayStation 2.
