Nick Jonas has insisted that the Jonas Brothers have not broken up.
Nick revealed that while he and siblings Joe and Kevin are busy working on solo endeavours, they plan to reunite at some point in the future for another collaborative project.
"We're just taking some time to do some individual projects and enjoy kind of that journey that each of us are on," Nick explained on ABC's The View.
"It's exciting, you know. We're all doing different things and kind of taking those experiences and then we'll come back and do something soon."
Nick recently launched an online talent competition aimed at young people aged 8 to 14 in the hope of finding the next big music superstar.
Joe Jonas is currently at work on a "coming of age" debut album called Fast Life, due out on September 5.
Kevin Jonas married long-time girlfriend Danielle Deleasa in December 2009. The pair recently revealed that they have begun thinking about starting a family.
