ODYSSEY DAWN COMMANDER: GADHAFI FORCES STILL ATTACKING - The commander of Joint Task Force Odyssey Dawn, now in its 4th day of operations, says forces loyal to Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi continue to attack civilians around the country in violation of United Nations demands. Admiral Samuel Locklear provided an update Tuesday to Pentagon reporters from his command aboard the USS Mount Whitney in the Mediterranean Sea. During the briefing, he said Libyans rescued and provided first aid to an American pilot who was forced to eject from an F-15 fighter jet late Monday after the plane experienced mechanical problems.
