Leading the Way in Election Analysis

AEI is home to several prominent political analysts, whose work focuses on U.S. elections, proposals for reforming political institutions and campaign finance, and trends in politics and public opinion.

‣‣‣ Defending and improving our system of representative government has been central to the work of AEI's Political Corner. Michael Barone, Karlyn Bowman, Henry Olsen, and Norman J. Ornstein provided expert analysis throughout the 2010 campaign. They followed developments for AEI's Election Watch, Washington's longest-running election-analysis program and they outlined challenges for the current Congress.
