You can now download a free suite of Authoring Tools for Portal 2 through the "Tools" menu in Steam. Though still in beta, these development tools let you create maps, character skins, 3D models, and more. There is an extensive wiki with walkthroughs and advanced tips, but these tools are best suited for those with a serious interest in the nitty gritty of game design.

    I completely disagree with mw2hardcore.
    LA Noire is your run of the mill Rockstar title with a few Heavy Rain-esque game play elements. Everything isn't quite as polished as Red Dead Redemption or GTA IV and you'll experience little in LA Noire that haven't in GTA or Red Dead.
    It's by no means a bad game but it doesn't live up to previous standards they've set.
    Portal 2 on the other hand may be relatively short but everything is polished, superb writing (good humour as well), unique game play, great visuals and a strong online Co op, it really is the whole package. Easily the best game I've played this year and one I can see being 2011s Game Of The Year.

    They're both great games and i got them both but if you want to choose one of them i suggest go for L.A Noire cause it can keep you comin back for more for a long time but u might get stuck or bored in portal 2 still,portal isn't a bad game.it's good but not that much depth.

    had this game from day one and although a already 100% it i still love playing it on my own but i gotta say there is nothing more fun than solving puzzles with an equally witted friend. cant wait for the new dlc in the summer!!!!!!!!

    I just got this at Gamestop today for Xbox 360 for $41.99, or somewhere around there. I just can't wait to play it!! Portal franchise rocks!!

    Extremely clever game and a lot of fun to play! Highly recommend playing co-op its such a laugh. Later maps in coop also pose quite a challenge. Valve are awesome at creating game engines! Half-life 2 still stands as having brilliant physics, graphics and gameplay.

    I was really excited for Brink and was gonna go pick it up this afternoon on my lunch break... but after seeing the first few reviews I'm not so sure.

    This one... however... looks like 100% pure awesome.

    great game. i just finished it. i wouldnt pay $60 for it though so thank you kmart lol picked it up for $35 on sale and i think that price fits it way better than full price.

    I just finished this one yesterday. Wow....it was actually much better than Portal 1. So much so that I started playing it again from the beginning. I don't do that too often these days.

    Very, very good game. A must play if you like thought provoking puzzle games.

    downloaded portal 1 ages ago during an xbox deal just got down to playing it yesturday and completed it today all i have to say is WOW, im so hyped for this one!

    My brother and I have a 360,and unfortunately,love it though we do,it wasn't offering a lot of games in our interest.Then this came out.I absolutely ate it up.Now I look forward to completing the co-op,getting all the achievements,and finding all those hidden secrets.
