We ask that you please contact us by 9 a.m. during the week and by 10 a.m. on weekends if there is a problem with delivery.

While you’re on vacation, you have the option to donate your credits to the Newspaper in Education program or receive credit. You can also call 1-800-692-NEWS (1-800-692-6397) and use our automated system to enter your vacation stop.

Q: I’m moving and would like to continue receiving home delivery at my new address. How do I report that?

Q: Can I pay my home delivery bill online?

Q: Will I receive a confirmation for any changes to my home delivery account online?
