Manhattan: Our judicial system has been protecting perverts in power for way too long. Their abuse of power, their arrogance are just unbelievable. What smart person could possibly believe that disgraced cop Kenneth Moreno went back to an East Village apartment three times just to try to help his accuser? It is sickening, abusive and outrageous. I bet if he were a common citizen, he would be spending his days on Rikers Island. Being fired from the Police Department is nothing compared to the dirt that he and his partner Franklin Mata have mired the NYPD in. They are disgusting individuals in every sense, and their acquittal on rape charges has been a slap in the face to all women in this city. Shame, shame, shame!
