AWARD CEREMONYThe Peabody Awards are formally presented in late May or early June at a luncheon in New York City. The 70th annual ceremony, honoring work from the calendar year 2010, will be held on May 23 in the grand ballroom of the Waldorf=Astoria. Larry King, a two-time Peabody winner recently retired from CNN, will be the emcee. Past hosts include Walter Cronkite, Leslie Stahl and Jon Stewart. |
