Listening Systems
Microsoft is deeply influenced by the feedback we receive from studies such as our Microsoft Customer and Partner Satisfaction Survey, our Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey, as well as our product satisfaction surveys, usability studies, online feedback forms, research forums, and more. Many customers also choose to give us feedback through the Customer Experience Improvement Program, a product-based technology that lets you provide real-time feedback about your experiences with Microsoft products. It helps us and our partners resolve bugs, prioritize content for service packs, and identify desirable features for future product releases.
