• The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, CI & IoM, aged 18 and over, excluding anyone professionally connected with the promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• The closing date will be stated in the competition itself.
• Entry to the draw is free. No purchase necessary. For a chance to win, entrants can fill in the form online.
• Only one entry per person.
• Bulk entries from trade organisations, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
• All entries become the property of Cranberry Publishing Ltd and, if applicable, may be published in part or in full by Cranberry Publishing Ltd.
• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Cranberry Publishing Ltd takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• By entering the prize draw, competitors agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Your details may be used for marketing purposes.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Cranberry Publishing Ltd nor agencies involved in this promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.

• The prize is subject to availability at the time of draw. The prize is as described, non transferable, non exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entrants correctly and fully registered.
• The winner will be notified by email within one week of the closing date. The prize will be despatched as soon as is feasible - in the case of games not yet published, the prize will be shipped within 30 days of the game being published.
