Our privacy policy describes how we collect and use any personally identifiable information that is collected from our users including both our teen users and their parents or guardians. The 30Ninjas.com Beta Site is currently in beta (the “30Ninjas.com Beta Site”), which means that we are still in the process of testing various features and offerings. Not all of the opportunities, methods or technologies that can be used to collect or receive user information or Submissions, as described below, are in use or released, but may become used or made available as we release new features and offerings. What types of information do we collect?

During our registration process, we collect the following information from you: your first and last names, your email address, your birth date. We collect birth dates to validate the ages of our registrants. We do not collect any other personally identifiable information during our registration process.

30Ninjas.com Beta Site and its offerings are not intended for any child thirteen (13) years of age or under, and we do not accept or keep registration information from any person whose birth date indicates the registrant is thirteen (13) years of age or under.

Our 30Ninjas.com Beta Site may offer message boards, conversation pages, chat rooms, social community environments, profile pages, or other interactive forums, as well as other features in which you may provide us with your Submissions. If you provide personal information when you uses any of these features, that personal information may be publicly posted and otherwise disclosed without limitation as to its use by a third party. You are responsible for your communications, and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. 30Ninjas LLC may be offering an email newsletter. To sign up to receive regular emails, you will be required to submit information including a valid email address. This information will be used in aggregate form to assess general user interest in various internal and third party products and services, and your personal and contact information will not be passed to any other organization. If you choose to sign up for a mailing list, you will receive regular emails, including alerts about new articles and/or other offerings.
What kind of information is collected automatically by technology?

We collect information through technology to make our sites more interesting and useful to you and for various purposes related to 30Ninjas’s business, which may include uses that support advertising or strategic partners, academic research, and other endeavors deemed by 30Ninjas to be consistent with its mission of helping our constituent base.
