Compensation Drops For AOL's Armstrong

Compensation for AOL Inc. CEO Tim Armstrong fell 40% in 2010 compared to the previous year, largely due to a decline in his stock and option awards.

Mr. Armstrong received $15.3 million in total compensation in 2010, with a base salary of $1 million and $14.3 million in stock, options and performance-based bonus, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
