As a Shift Lead at Taco Bell®, you'll be a vital part of your restaurant's leadership team, assisting with training and running efficient shifts. As you master new skills, you'll be on track to be promoted to Assistant Manager.

Assistant Managers support the Restaurant General Manager shifts and also put their leadership skills to work to assist with training and day-to-day problem-solving.

As an RGM, you will help recruit quality people and inspire them to prepare great food and deliver consistently satisfying Taco Bell® experiences. Your focus will be on cost-efficiency and maintaining a great working environment in your restaurant.
