Interesting....Lets see...OK..so you can now invade a small country and kill its defenceless people but if you get kicked out of the small country and punished at the same time you can sue somebody??This would be similiar to a murderer getting a prison sentence and then in turn sueing the police for catching him and bringing him to justice or a thief sueing the a person who caught him breaking into his neighbours house!! Was it not Russia who rescued a small country from a merciless agressor who attacked an unarmed country?Did they expect that when they engaged in this action that there would be no risk involved and that the neighbours would turn a blind eye?Russia could probably have completely left their country in waste but restrained itself by the very fact that they are still alive ...unlike some of their innocent victims in the small country they attacked!!!!

@Isabel I'm afraid you can butcher, torture and attack "lawfully" as long as you are US or belong to the NATO group. It remains a secret for me, why Russia is supporting the Iran case! Russia will be next. The Soviet Union in fact was the grantor of peace.

Don't the Georgians have something better to do with their time? At least it keeps the Georgians in the media headlines for a few days, and then they will come up with another stunt to draw attention to themselves.
