At OCS, Sylvain was the prime technical resource responsible for delivery of several large-scale Oracle Apps implementations, including some in heavy regulatory-compliance environments.
Jurijs Velikanovs is an Oracle Certified Master (OCM) who has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at Oracle and Hotsos conferences both in Europe and in United States, including: UKOUG 2006/2007/2008 and Hotsos 2005/2006.
Vasu Balla is an extremely knowlegeable Oracle Apps DBA who is well known for his combined technical Oracle Core, Apps/DBA and System Administrator skills.
