General

What is ESFI World?

ESFI World is an independently-owned, unbiased e-sports media platform serving content in English and on an international scope.

Which games does ESFI World currently support?

StarCraft 2, Counter-Strike 1.6, Quake Live and Super Street Fighter 4.

Will ESFI ever add support for other e-sport titles?

We've decided to focus on the larger, most established e-sport titles. As our resources grow, so too will the game titles that we offer coverage for. A significant factor in deciding which titles to support will rely on the demand for them.

What does ESFI stand for?

E-Sport Fans International.

What makes ESFI World different from all the other e-sport websites out there?

ESFI World is the only independently-owned, unbiased, full-scale e-sports media website offering coverage in English and on an international scope. ESFI offers a platform that can help facilitate the growth of e-sports by helping convert casual or mainstream gamers into e-sport fans. Our platform makes it simple for content creators to publish their own, original content on ESFI World and help expand the reach of their work. Our philosophy has always been to "bring everything together". That is, to make a concerted effort to unify the various e-sport communities.

What is ESFI's primary goal?

Our primary goal is to propel the growth and expansion of e-sports and push it into a level where it is accepted by the mainstream gamer. We can accomplish this by taking steps (facilitated by our web platform and our independence) to expose as many casual and mainstream gamers to e-sports as possible, and through the use of our website, hopefully convert a significant amount of those gamers into real e-sport fans.
