Another "Grey's Anatomy," another ridiculous moment. During last night's fast-paced episode, in which Meredith single-handedly had to hold down the ER, Derek keeps reminding her of their 6:30 "date." They're trying to get pregnant, so we're pretty sure we know what that is. They try to sneak into one of the nap rooms, but it's occupied by Dr. Bailey and her improbably young/hot/model-looking nurse boy toy. So they go to the elevator instead, and this happens:
Oh, hahaha! He was just giving her her fertility drug shot! It wasn't what we thought at all! Also, they used to have sex all over that hospital but now they're old, we get it. Except, wait, why did they have to find a super-private place to give a shot? They're doctors in a hospital. Just go behind a curtain in the ER for two seconds. But, of course, trying to apply logic to "Grey's Anatomy" will always be a fool's errand.
