NDP leader Dwain Lingenfelter detailed the party’s plans Tuesday morning for a long-term savings account that would put aside millions in potash revenues each year. Surrounded by candidates at his Regina campaign office, Lingenfelter said the “Bright Futures Fund” will put aside $100-million annually and grow to $10-billion by 2052.
