Why cant my video load?
If you are looking at a white square instead of the initial video:
1: Wait a bit to load the site.
2: Reload the page (ctrl + F5).
3: Check your internet connection.
4: Do you have the latest version of Adobe’s Flash Player? If not, get the latest version here

All documentaries featured on DocumentaryStorm are hosted on a variety of video services. If you are having trouble playing any of them, follow the directions below:
Megavideo
Press the red play button, close the party poker pop-up, click the the same play button you clicked from the start which is now green, and watch the documentary. Furthermore, Megavideo has a built in timer which is (usually) about 70 minuts of view-time. You’ll have to wait (usually) 30 minuts to watch the same or another Megavideo again. Keep in mind it is easier to register the timer if you keep the tab open for the particular Megavideo page.
Veoh
Any video that lasts longer than 15 minutes require you to download the Veoh TV software at http://www.veoh.com/download
Youtube
Occasionally Youtube suffers from glitches such as errors accuring while playing through a playlist. If you hover your mouse over the youtube video, there should be a popup of small screens. Click on the screen you had reached before/when the error accured and reload it. If you experience further problems with YouTube, follow the YouTube guide.
Dailymotion
Dailymotion is an American video-hosted website and is slower in some parts of the world, mainly in Asia.
YouKu
YouKu is a Chinese based Internet video host, and will load slower for people living outside of China. Youku has been harshly criticized by internet users for significantly under par video streaming speed outside of China.
Tuduo
Tuduo is a Chinese based Internet video host, and will load slower for people living outside of China.
Google Video
Needs the newest Adobe flash player, see link above.
Blip TV
Needs the newest Adobe flash player, see link above.
Vimeo
Needs the newest Adobe flash player, see link above.
StageVu
Needs DivX. DivX is a video codec, used for streaming different videos on the internet (mainly StageVu). You can find the download by clicking this link. Currently we only have one documentary on DocumentaryStorm using StageVu.
