[7] Structure of COMNAP was changed at COMNAP XX (St Petersburg, 04 July 2008). EXCOM now comprises one Chair and 5 Vice Chairs, plus the Executive Secretary as non-voting, Ex-Officio member.

[8] Position of Executive Secretary formally transferred 30 September 2009 from Antoine Guichard to Michelle Rogan-Finnemore and office of the secretariat transferred on 1 July 2009 from Hobart, Australia to Christchurch, New Zealand.
