Travel information

Bellaterra is in the Sabadell region about 20 Km from the center of Barcelona. Barcelona is connected via air to most cities in Europe. Direct flights are also available to some intercontinental destinations such as New York.

Information how to reach Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB) can be found at http://www.crm.es/General/locationEng.htm.

Hotel reservation

We have managed to negotiate the pre-reservation of 20 rooms in Hotel Sabadell **** until Tuesday the 8th

Individual: 132 € + VAT
Single: 151 € + VAT

This include breakfast and the pre-reservation is in the 16th and out the 19th.

There are also four apartments on campus at the proportional rate of 200 € a week that can accommodate two in each.

After the 8th we will be hard pressed to maintain any guarantee as this venue is still close to Barcelona where there is a massive shortage and price gauging

Please make reservations direfctly before Tuesday to Jordi Yiera (sabadell.comercial@hoteles-catalonia.es) using the CRM code to make the reservation.

To get directions to both hotels you can check the following web page: http://www.crm.cat/Hotel

Please inform Marc Gauvin (mgauvin@sdae.net) of your attendance.

Visa information

If you need visas to attend the meeting, please contact Mr. Marc Gauvin. (mgauvin@sdae.net)
