Resolutions of GA13

1.      DMP will manage the evolution and maintenance of its specifications as follows

• GA13 approves an extension of the IDP-2 specification as IDP-2.1 for AD #1 to AD #6
• GA14 will approve the IDP-3 specification for AD #1 to AD #7 (as a minimum)
• Future GAs may decide to publish extensions of the IDP-3 specification as IDP-3.x (x=1, 2...) for small extensions likely to become necessary by implementing the IDP in Chillout

17.  DMP notes the following issues from the DMP Board of Directors

• The proposal to amend the Statutes to introduce the figure of “Individual Member”. The Board will propose a text of a new article to be put to members’ vote at GA14.
• The decision to confirm the level of membership fees at 4000 CHF. Members are invited to pay the membership fees within the term prescribed by the Statutes.
• The decision to extend the coverage of the Chillout name and logo to 25 European Union countries, Australia, Russian Federation, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland and USA. The choice of the countries has been made to maximise coverage at an estimated cost of circa 5,000 €.
