Results of 7th DMP General Assembly (GA08)

1. DMP has adopted the following change of IDP-2 specifications
   • AD #1 Value-Chain Functions and Requirements
   • AD #4 Use Cases and Value Chains
   • AD #5 Certification and Registration Authorities
2. DMP has approved working drafts of Approved Documents (AD), Phase II (IDP-2) for Stationary Audio and Video Devices:
   • AD #1 - Value-Chain Functions and Requirements identifies Functions executed by Value-Chain Users and their requirements
   • AD #2 - Architecture describes the general architecture of Value-Chains enabled by DMP Technical Specification
   • AD #3 - Interoperable DRM Platform (IDP) specificies DRM technologies (Tools) that can be used to implement Value-Chains supporting Use Cases and other business cases
   • AD #4 - Use Cases Value Chains describes Use Cases that are used to drive the development of Technical Specification and identifies Tools that are required to implement Value-Chains supporting the Use Cases
   • AD #5 - Registration Authorities defines of the rules of operation of Registration Authorities 
   • AD #6 - Terminology collects definitions used in DMP Approved Documents
   • AD #7 - Reference software contains software that implements the DMP Tools and Value-Chains
   • GA08 has confirmed that IDP-2 ADs #1 to #6 will be approved in February 2006 and AD #7 in April 2006

4. The DMP work plan has been aligned to GA07 decisions
