  Aquaspeed  
  The AquaSpeed is a stainless steel plate processing machine for water washable photopolymer printing plates for the letterpress industry. The plates are washed out in a very short period of time. The machines are equipped with a touch screen and a PLC. They come with a digital display for all plate processing functions (main exposure, post-exposure, washout time, dryer time, operational hours). The plate to be washed out is fixed in the orbital washout unit on a sticky base plate. The plate is washed out in water, at a temperature of approximately 20° C. The washout unit has temperature control, an adjustable brush and a water tank with pump.  
 


Exposure, wash, drying and post-exposure are combined in one unit. The exposure unit comes with a vacuum table and U.V.A. lamps to ensure very short exposure times. A hot-air dryer with 2 drawers(for drying plates simultaneously) and computer controlled temperature ensure quick and safe drying; the post-exposure is also integrated.
