Arrest warrants have been issued against Timothy Ray Kirkland, 46, who is accused of stabbing a man outside Calloway's, a bar on Augusta Road, the West Columbia Police Department reported. He is wanted on attempted murder, the police said.

The victim, James Campbell, was taken to Palmetto Health Richland and is expected to recover from his injuries, West Columbia police reported.
