CAMRA launches new edition of Cellarmanship

CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, has today launched the new edition of Cellarmanship, a much-loved title detailing all you need to know about running a good pub cellar.

Authored by CAMRA's Patrick O'Neill, the 5th edition of this classic CAMRA publication contains essential advice for anyone training to work in a pub cellar, planning a beer festival or serving real ale at a celebration.

Containing clear and concise technical advice, complete with more than 30 informative illustrations and diagrams, a comprehensive list of cellar equipment suppliers across the country and a 'Quick practical fault finder', Cellarmanship is the perfect companion for anyone unsure of where to start when storing, keeping and serving real ale.

Patrick O'Neill, Cellarmanship author, who shares his decades of experience, detailed technical expertise, and a lifetime of passionate enthusiasm for real ale throughout this new title, said:

'The new edition of Cellarmanship takes into consideration modern innovations in the beer and pub industry, and we've kept abreast of these new developments. But the art of looking after beer is timeless, and I hope this new edition proves a useful guide.'

Cellarmanship is the only dedicated guide to the art of serving good beer, and the title is now available from all good retailers, and the CAMRA website, priced £6.99 for CAMRA members, and £8.99 for non-members.
