Brisbane Lions forward Brendan Fevola will not face any punishment from the AFL over an indecent exposure claim.

Queensland Police had already cleared Fevola over allegations he exposed himself to a woman at a Brisbane function in September.

The AFL says there is insufficient evidence for the matter to proceed to the AFL Tribunal.

Fancy that, found innocent after being slagged for months. I am no great fan of this bloke, but there is too much "guilty before being found innocent" with high profile people in this day and age. Others trying to get their 15 minutes of fame at the expense of some not too bright sportsmen.(Don't take that to heart sportsmen, smarten up yourselves so you are not in this prediciment) Victims, if it true, do not hesitate to to report it, hopefully the truth will come out in the end...

I am happy it ios over for Fev I believed him from the start..it's a pity the AFL didnt show the same trust to Fev..they have a lot to answer to after all what happened to innocent till proven guilty...I hope the AFL giv Fev a public apology.

it doesn't mean he didn't do it. he is a serial idiot, lucky for him he can play footy but if he has another average season and carries on like a knob again he could be outta there. I doubt he would have a career in coaching or commentating so better make the most of it on the paddock.

It's easy for us to make good bad and very bad comments about people while we lurk in the shadows. Any way Fev has been good bad and ver bad but I'm glad he's playing for the Lions. Go Lions 2011
