Studio Overview
The Creative Assembly are the development team behind the hugely successful Total War brand. Having recently delivered the BAFTA award winning Empire: Total War and Napoleon: Total War, they continue to innovate in the strategy genre. Equally, their highly successful console team, after delivering Viking: The Battle for Asgard, are currently scaling up to deliver a high profile licenced title. The Studio, wholly owned by SEGA, continues to grow.
 
 
Position Overview
This position involves designing and creating the art for a game user interface with 2D graphics for multiple and varied mobile and casual platforms.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
 
·         Actively working with the designers to implement both functional and artful UIs
·         Creating the artwork and following a coherent art direction through the project
·         Design and optimize Logos, typos, icons to fit in the target`s screen specs  
·         Work closely with the 3D artists to ensure a coherent global look for the game  
 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
 
·         Advanced mastery of 2D graphical software, including Photoshop
·         2D "pixel tight" experience and interests required with portfolio examples  
·         Experience with typographic and iconic constraints a plus
·         Willingness to work closely with designers and programmers to handle gameplay and technical constraints
·         Self organized and creative person willing to help crafting the unique identity of the game
