Hylian alphabet   Hylian alphabet

Like the other two Hylian Scripts, the Hylian Alphabet was created to be used in the immensely popular video game series known as the Legend of Zelda. Specifically, it was used in the two versions of the game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Like the other two Hylian scripts, this alphabet was created by an unknown graphics artist at Nintendo, though probably not the same one that created the other two, because while the other two were created using elements of the Hirigana and Katakana Japanese Syllabaries, this was based directly on the Latin Alphabet, and it bears no resemblance to the other two. In fact, it is simply a different way to write in English, just as the Ancient and Modern Hylian Syllabaries are alternate ways to write Japanese.
